Understand Groups

  1. Groups help organize users for easier course assignments and management. Key columns includes:

    • Group Name: Click to view or edit group details.

    • Users: Number of people in the group.

    • Courses: Total courses assigned to the group.

    • Language: Language of the courses for the group.

    • Type: Whether the group is custom-made or system-generated.

  2. Click “Create Group” to add new groups

  3. Search Groups using the search bar to find specific groups
