Change Courses in Groups

  1. Go to the Manage tab.

  2. Select your Group from the dropdown.

  3. Select the category (e.g., Microsoft, Access, etc.) to view available courses.

  4. Check the box next to one or more courses.

  5. Choose an action:

    1. Click Show to make the selected courses visible to the group.
    2. Click Hide to remove course visibility for the group.
  6. Courses with a white background are visible to the group.
  7. Courses with a gray background are hidden.
  8. You can select multiple courses at once to update visibility in bulk.
