Change Billing

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. You can view the following subscription details:
    • Subscription Renewal Date – Shows when your subscription will renew.
    • Active Users – Displays the total number of active users on your account.
    • Renewal Amount – Shows the total amount due at renewal.

  4. If you have billing questions or need changes, contact your Account Manager listed on the right side.
    • You can email them directly.
    • You can call the listed phone number.
    • Click Schedule Meeting to book a meeting.

  5. Billing changes and plan updates are handled through your Account Manager.
